Zurich, Switzerland

Zurich - what can I say about Zurich... The streets were completely confusing and didnt' make sense. I found that 1 hour turned into 2... then upon our 3rd hour of driving, we gave up and went over to one of probably 15 hotels that we asked for information/prices etc... and stayed there for the night. We got frustrated with each other, but not as much as the locals of Zurich.

At one point, Claudia got all WWF crazy trash talk with a taxi driver, and words were exchanged... I couldn't believe how quick people are to honk at you if you aren't driving BEFORE THE LIGHT EVEN CHANGES TO GREEN!

We got some much needed sleep and then decided to check out a bit of Zurich before we left. It just didn't have the same charm as Basel did... I don't know if I was still jaded from the night before, but it was hard to find the magic of the city... however we found some magic in a FONDUE POT!!! HOLY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY!!!

Please note the ooey gooey dripping hot delicious cheese oozing from the bread... YUM!

We came, we saw, we fought, exchanged words, slept, ate delicious fondue, and decided we were done with Zurich. It was time for Luzern... and Mt. Pilatus!
